Injuries self-inflicted just to be famous?

This is completely ridiculous. I was pitying this young-aged women a few weeks ago through the news. It said that she was walking outside starbucks after buying coffee and a black woman came to her and offered her to drink or something, and the next second she got acid poured onto her face. She wore sunglasses on that particular day so her eyesight was saved. She suffered second-degree burns and had to undergo surgery. Her incident had gained world-wide attention ! And there was even a facebook page created specially for her, like "Send hugs to Bethany Storro".

And the IRONY is that it was all a hoax. She admitted that the injuries were self-inflicted. As in she did this to her own face!! Just to get famous? Somemore she suffer from Spinal Meningitis as a child and still risk it to play this kinda trick on herself? No wonder i was like so suspicious when she was interviewed with her face all bandaged and yet still have that happy-go-lucky behaviour. I thought she was really so kind-hearted. If it happened to me, i swear i would cry my heart out. Lol. Surprisingly, it was all fake one lor. Somemore no evidence. She admitted she did it cause she was gonna star in Oprah Winfrey show and she pulled out because she didn't wanna go on. Crazy. So pretty and yet made herself ugly for attention & to be famous.



And now there's this facebook page that says Send Bethany Storro to Jail. Lol.
